Cosman, Cornelius M.

Cornelius M. Cosman (1914-1979) was a metallurgist and minerals consultant. Born in Germany, he came to the United States prior to World War II. He was an associate metallurgist with H.A. Brassert from 1940-1946. After the war, he was a technical advisor to the United States team which prosecuted Alfred Krupp, the German industrialist, at the Nuremberg war crime trials and worked on industrial reconstruction programs in Austria under the Marshall Plan.
